We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee labour law compliance, statutory audits, and coordination with labour authorities. This role requires strong hands-on experience in managing compliances and representing the organization in labour department hearings

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end labour law compliances and statutory requirements
• Handle labour compliance audits, inspections, and documentation
• Represent the organization in labour department hearings and proceedings
• Coordinate with labour authorities and regulatory bodies
• Maintain statutory registers and compliance records

• Designation: Manager level
• Experience: 10+ years in labour compliance roles
• Strong exposure to labour compliances, audits, and labour department hearings
• Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws
• Good communication and coordination skills
