Are you a seasoned HR Operations leader with experience managing large, multi-site workforces? We are looking for a dynamic DGMHR Operations to lead and streamline HR operations across the North Region, managing an employee base of 8,000–10,000 deployed at various client sites.

This is a strategic leadership role for professionals from the IFMS or Food Industry who thrive in complex, high-scale environments and excel in compliance, employee engagement, and client management.

 

 Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee lifecycle management, and exits
  • Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and reduce attrition
  • Oversee HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and process automation
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, statutory & safety regulations
  • Lead and develop the HR Operations team across the region
  • Prepare and present HR dashboards, MIS, and analytics to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with operations and business stakeholders to align HR strategy
  • Act as the HR SPOC for client engagements, supporting mobilization and ongoing HR integration

Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of HR Operations experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Prior experience in IFMS or Food Industry (preferred)
  • Strong expertise in labour laws, compliance, and large workforce management
  • Proven capability to manage 8,000–10,000 employees across multiple client locations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
