Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Corporate HSE Manager to support and strengthen the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function across multiple sites. The role will work closely with site HSE and operations teams to implement corporate HSE strategies, ensure legal compliance, and drive a strong safety culture across operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Support in leading the HSE function in collaboration with site HSE teams and operations
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE strategies, policies, and objectives
• Ensure corporate HSE policies are aligned with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Drive effective implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements across sites
• Conduct periodic site visits, HSE audits, and provide technical recommendations on UA/UC
• Ensure safety inductions and HSE training programs are current and effective
• Ensure effective HSE reporting from sites including UA, UC, near misses, and incidents
• Lead incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Develop and manage environmental compliance programs at site and corporate levels

Key Skills & Competencies

• 8–12 years of experience as an HSE Manager, preferably in O&M or related industries
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental legal requirements
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HSE management tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire & Risk Management (preferred)
• Diploma / Post-Graduate qualification in Industrial Safety
