What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline roles (housekeeping, pantry staff, technicians, site supervisors, etc.)
- Build and strengthen sourcing channels through vendors, job fairs, and community hiring initiatives
- Partner with business and operations teams to understand and fulfill manpower needs
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure seamless onboarding
- Track recruitment progress, ensure compliance, and enhance candidate experience
What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in blue-collar or volume hiring (facility management / manpower outsourcing / industrial services)
- Strong vendor management and local sourcing expertise
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring independently
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
