Senior Executive – HR Operations

Role Overview

 

We are looking for a Senior Executive – HR Operations with strong hands-on experience in managing HR operations across multiple sites and regions. The role involves employee engagement, grievance handling, payroll coordination, and statutory support to ensure smooth HR service delivery.

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Manage onboarding and documentation for Bangalore and Tamil Nadu regions
  • Conduct site visits for employee connects, engagement, and grievance redressal
  • Address employee and client HR-related queries
  • Maintain and track new joiner induction data
  • Support new associates with UAN and ESIC generation and related queries
  • Maintain employee personal profiles and documentation for NABH audits
  • Guide employees on PF, ESIC, insurance, and statutory benefits
  • Ensure accuracy of HR MIS, data, and compliance documentation

 

Qualification & Experience

 

  • Experience: 5+ years in HR Operations
  • Qualification: MBA in Human Resources

 

Key Skills

 

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, PF & ESIC
  • Experience in grievance handling and employee engagement
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR MIS
