Mr. Kamal Pal Hoda brings over two decades of expertise in business and finance across the metals mining, retail, and business services industries. A Chartered Accountant and Fellow member of ICAI, he has led key functions spanning business controlling, financial reporting, FP&A, capital allocation, M&A, investor relations, governance, and audit. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer of Quess Corp Limited from January 2023 and was elevated to CEO & Executive Director in April 2025 as part of the business demerger. Earlier, he was CFO for the mining business of Hindustan Zinc (a Vedanta Group company).
